Shipping & Delivery Information

Delivery Details

Free shipping on orders of 3,980 yen (tax included) or more.

Shipping fees vary depending on the region.
Orders are delivered via Yamato Transport or Japan Post.

Please note the following:

  • You cannot specify the delivery company.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM on business days will be shipped on the same day.

  • Deliveries to Okinawa and remote islands may take approximately 2–5 days due to land and sea transport.

Payment Information

■ Cash on Delivery (COD)

A service fee will be charged based on the total amount of your order.

【Service Fees】

  • Less than 10,000 yen: 330 yen

  • 10,000–29,999 yen: 440 yen

  • 30,000–99,999 yen: 660 yen

  • 100,000–300,000 yen: 1,100 yen

Please pay the total amount upon delivery.
COD handling fees apply.

 

■ Bank Transfer

Please make the payment to the bank account listed below.
Bank transfers will be made to Mitsubishi UFJ Bank.

A unique payment account will be issued for each order.
Bank transfer fees must be covered by the customer.

If payment is not confirmed within one week from the purchase date, the order will be canceled.
Your order will be shipped within two business days after payment is confirmed.

※ If we are unable to confirm your payment, we may not be able to meet your requested delivery date.
※ Please make sure to transfer the payment using the name of the person who placed the order.

 

■ Credit Card Payment

The following credit cards are accepted:

Only single (lump-sum) payment is available.

■ Amazon Pay
